Books and free curriculum guides to teach character education and nurture children

Submitted: June 10, 2005

Watering Can Press has a series of wonderfully unique, interactive and educational books and resources to use in homeschooling. Not only do the books (for 6-12 year olds) provide inspiring lessons and experiences, but there are free Teacher's Guides that link the book to State and National Content Standards and free parents guides that make using the book more fun and engaging in a group!
The books emphasis character development issues such as charity and giving, role models, self esteem.
They belong as a linked resource on any site that wants to offer useful tools for educators, homeschoolers and parents.
The link is www.wateringcanpress.com .
